One of America’s Got Talent’s most well-known candidates recently made a comeback and once again impressed the judges.

You probably recognize Courtney Hadwin if you watched one of the previous seasons of AGT. After it went on air, her audition immediately went viral.

Judge Howie Mandel awarded Courtney the third Golden Buzzer of the 13th season of America’s Got Talent.

The kid entered the America’s Got Talent stage for her audition and admitted her anxiety to judge Mel B right away. Courtney received helpful advice from the court to not be worried.

Courtney said that music was her favorite topic in school when she was asked what her favorite subject was. Although Courtney doesn’t have a specific favorite piece of music she studies at school, it is clear from her audition that she appreciates the classics.

She controlled the stage as she performed Otis Reading’s “Hard to Handle,” using her long, lanky arms to accentuate every gesture.

Her performance during the audition was so captivating and extraordinary that the judges were immediately blown away by her talent. In point of fact, Howie Mandel compared her to one of the most brilliant performers in the history of music, Janis Joplin.

Howie’s words just before he pressed the Golden Buzzer for Courtney were as follows:

“I’m not Clive Davis. I’m Howie Mandel. I can’t sign you to a record deal. The only thing I can do for you young lady is give you…”

During the audition rounds, receiving a Golden Buzzer is considered to be one of the finest complements that a performer can get. The fact that Courtney was back for America’s Got Talent: The Champions is thus not surprising.

They are bringing back the greatest contestants from all of the Got Talent series for this season. Actually, the season’s first Golden Buzzer was Susan Boyle!

In honor of her comeback to AGT, Courtney sang “Pretty Little Thing,” a rock and roll song that was her first original song.

I’ve been with her from the beginning, and it was too bad she didn’t win. It’s incredible to see Courtney perform a song she wrote on stage. She is really talented. Courtney, keep singing; you did an excellent job with this song.
