In a remarkable display of determination and resilience, Cole Prochaska, a South Carolina resident, has been widely applauded for his incredible weight loss.

Over the course of less than two years, Cole shed an astonishing 336 pounds, rising above what he has described as the most challenging period of his life.

Just two years ago, Cole’s weight had climbed to approximately 600 pounds.

Feeling the pressing need to take control of his health and future, he made a life-altering decision to prioritize his well-being.

Reflecting on his motivation, Cole shared on Twitter: “Two years ago I decided I didn’t want to die young. I didn’t want to get diabetes. I didn’t want to never know my true potential. I decided to take my life back. 330+ lbs down and I’m not done yet. Believe in yourself!”

Cole’s transformation didn’t come without its challenges.

Sharing progress photos, including a shirtless picture, he revealed: “It’s very hard to share a shirtless picture but I’ve come so far. Over 336lbs down! Most didn’t believe in me but I believed in myself.”

His inspiring post quickly gained traction, with supporters flooding him with admiration.

One commenter responded, “Keep pushing bruv. You inspired me to start on my weight loss journey. I need to lose about 120lbs to stay lean and fit. Starting the journey as we speak.”

Now, Cole is facing the next challenge in his journey: addressing the excess skin that remains after such significant weight loss.

To tackle this, he has launched a GoFundMe campaign, aiming to raise $100,000 for surgery. In his heartfelt appeal, he stated: “My weight goal has been reached but my life is not complete, and it will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin.”

Cole’s transformation was achieved through a disciplined regimen of healthy eating, regular gym sessions, and consistently walking at least 10,000 steps daily.

Reflecting on his journey from being the size of three men to one—what he refers to as “3 to 1”—he shared an empowering message: “People didn’t believe in me, but I believed in myself. Over 361 pounds down, and I’m not done yet. You can do anything you put your mind to. I hope my story can be an inspiration to others trapped in this same type of situation.”
